INGREDIENTS: italian durum wheat semolina, water, mushrooms (Agaricus bis porus), black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 1%, flavorings.

ALLERGENS: gluten and it may contain traces of clams and eggs.

CONSISTENCY: excellent when cooked “al dente”.

COOKING TIME: about 8 minutes.
