INGREDIENTS: italian durum wheat semolina, water, mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), black summer  truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 1 %, flavorings.

ALLERGENS: gluten and it may contain traces of clams and eggs.

CONSISTENCY: excellent when cooked “al dente”, thicker than spaghetti.

COOKING TIME: about 19 minutes.
