TYPICAL TUSCAN SOUP
INGREDIENTS: Cannellini beans, great northern beans, Borlotti beans, beans, carrots, tomatoes, celery, onion, leek, parsley.
ALLERGENS: it can contain traces of cereals (gluten), soy, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, peanuts, shellfish, sulfites, dairy.
HOW TO USE IT: soak in water for 6 hours. Cook in salted water (one liter every 3 people). Then add sautèed onions and tomatoes. Boil it for 50 minutes (30 minutes if you use pressure cooker).
CHEF TIP: serve with toasted bread, grated cheese and extra virgin olive oil. Recommended amount for 3 people.
