DESCRIPTION: this young, fruity, red wine comes from our grapes grown in Salciaia estate, in Montepulciano, at 600 mt. a.s.l.

GRAPES: Sangiovese, colorino.

AGING: 6 months in big steel and cement barrels.

FOOD PAIRING: Tuscan cold cuts, medium and mature pecorino cheese, Tagliatelle or Pici with meat ragout and aglione sauce, roast rabbit and chiken, nuts such as walnuts and pistachios.

FLUID OUNCES: 0.75 liter.
