DESCRIPTION: a package with a selection of fresh white truffles from 10 to 30 grs each (from 0,35 to 1,06 oz.)

USE: the truffles have been already brushed and washed. On arrival you should wrap each of them with some paper towel and put them preferably in a wooden or paper box ( if you use a plastic or glass box you shuold change the paper towel more often) and then in the fridge between 3 and 8 °C.

PRESERVATION: 7-10 days maximum.

CHEF TIPS: for a quick use you can shave it on a bruschetta with some extra virgin olive oil or on a fried egg. If you wish to try it on tagliatelle pasta you should first grate some in a pan with butter, olive oil and salt, and heat them up together for 5 minutes on a low flame. Then mix the sauce with boiled pasta and serve it with shaved fresh truffle on top.
